Welcome to Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mobossechoreography.com and the booking, registration and purchase of services offered by Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer, including choreography services, ESSENCE workshops and experiences, private sessions and other related services.

By using this website or completing a booking, registration or order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. SERVICES

Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer offers professional services related to figure skating, artistic development and movement, including:

• Choreography services;

• ESSENCE workshops and experiences;

• Private and customized sessions;

• Group workshops;

• Creative and artistic development services;

• Other related services or collaborations.

The specific content, duration, location, availability and price of a service may vary and will be communicated on the website, during the booking process or directly with the client.

2. CHOREOGRAPHY REQUESTS AND BOOKINGS

Submitting a choreography request or inquiry through the website does not automatically guarantee a booking.

Requests are subject to availability, scheduling, location, project requirements and mutual confirmation.

Where applicable, the scope of the choreography service, fees, dates, location, travel arrangements and other relevant conditions will be confirmed with the client before the service is provided.

A choreography booking is considered confirmed only once the applicable booking requirements communicated to the client have been completed, including payment or deposit where required.

3. ESSENCE WORKSHOPS AND EXPERIENCES

Registration for an ESSENCE workshop or experience is subject to availability and, where applicable, participant level, group composition and capacity.

Information regarding the workshop — including date, location, schedule, group assignment, price and any preparation instructions — will be communicated through the website or directly to registered participants.

Where groups are organized according to skating level or other relevant criteria, Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer reserves the right to determine the group placement that best supports the structure and quality of the experience.

Unless otherwise indicated, submitting an interest form does not guarantee a place in an ESSENCE workshop.

When payment is required to secure registration, the participant's place is considered confirmed only once the required payment has been received.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed or communicated in the currency indicated at the time of booking or registration.

The applicable price, taxes and any additional fees known at the time of the transaction will be communicated before the client completes the purchase or confirms the service.

For customized services, including certain choreography projects, workshops, events or collaborations, a personalized quote may be provided.

5. PAYMENT

At this time, payments are completed offline by bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer, according to the payment instructions provided during the booking or registration process.

Payment deadlines, deposits or other payment requirements may vary depending on the service and will be communicated before confirmation.

When full payment is required to secure a workshop or service, the booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are sent using the instructions provided.

6. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service, workshop or event and will be communicated to the client before the booking or registration is completed.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular service, workshop or event:

• A cancellation request must be submitted as soon as possible by email;

• Payments already made may be non-refundable when expenses, preparation, reserved ice time, travel arrangements or other commitments have already been incurred specifically for the client or participant;

• Where possible and at the discretion of Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer, a registration or payment may be transferred to another date, participant or service;

• Failure to attend a confirmed workshop, session or appointment without prior notice does not automatically entitle the participant or client to a refund.

If Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer must cancel a paid workshop, session or service and no suitable alternative arrangement can be offered and accepted, amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund or other rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.

7. SCHEDULE CHANGES AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Figure skating activities depend on facilities, ice availability and circumstances that may occasionally be outside our control.

Schedules, locations, group assignments or other logistical details may therefore need to be adjusted because of arena operations, ice availability, weather, travel disruptions, illness, safety considerations or other unforeseen circumstances.

When a material change occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to inform affected clients or participants and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable alternative.

Any rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFETY

Figure skating is a physical activity that involves inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for using appropriate skating equipment and for participating in a manner consistent with their abilities and skating level.

Participants must follow applicable arena rules, safety instructions and reasonable directions provided during workshops, sessions and services.

A participant may be asked to stop or modify an activity when reasonably necessary for safety.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing any consent required by law for minor participants.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. CREATIVE PROCESS AND RESULTS

Choreography and artistic development are collaborative and individualized creative processes.

While Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer is committed to providing professional and personalized services, specific competitive results, scores, placements, performance outcomes or artistic achievements cannot be guaranteed.

Recommendations, choreography and artistic guidance may evolve throughout the creative process according to the skater's development, abilities, objectives and artistic direction.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the content available on mobossechoreography.com, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, concepts and original materials, is owned by or used with authorization by Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ESSENCE name, concept, workshop materials, exercises, methods, written materials and other original content associated with the experience may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, recorded for commercial purposes or used to create or provide competing workshops, programs or services without prior written authorization.

Clients and participants may use choreography created specifically for them for their own skating, training, performance and competition purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a choreography or participating in an ESSENCE experience does not transfer ownership of the underlying teaching methods, workshop concepts, educational materials or other intellectual property belonging to Marc-Olivier Bossé | Choreographer.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops, events or services.

Where identifiable images of participants are intended to be used for promotional, marketing or social media purposes, appropriate permission will be obtained when required.

For minors, consent from a parent, guardian or other authorized person will be obtained where required by law.

Participants may be asked to respect reasonable restrictions regarding the recording or reproduction of proprietary ESSENCE workshop content or teaching materials.

12. WEBSITE USE

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorization;

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;

• Misrepresent your identity when submitting a booking, registration or inquiry.

We may update, modify or remove website content as our services evolve.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any warranty, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of a consumer to bring a claim or exercise a remedy before a court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The most recent update date will appear at the top of this page.

The Terms applicable to a transaction are those communicated or made available in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law.
